Here's what we loved about this place: the location next to the beach but away from any noise, the proximity to a small town (and amazing vibe in the town), the cute cats and dog, the good mobile internet reception, and, above all, the very very helpful staff, who got us a scooter, transport to the harbor, and more. We are a South Indian family and found to the food in Philippines to be not to our taste except in J&R. Even my 3 year old kid enjoyed the food and being fed watching the waves. The food was excellent and the beach was gorgeous. Only had the opportunity to stay for 1 day, but I wish we had stayed longer. My wife had a massage and pedicure which she was very happy about.

The drive from the airport to the resort is about two hours, but believe me it's worth it and then some. The view of the resort private beach is spectacular, the staff are extremely friendly and kind, and the food is the best i had in the Philippine. The owner, fred, is a gentleman, he sat with us to tell us about the place and asked if we needed anything. Best resort experience I've ever had, it was like visiting a friend I never knew I had.

Blue Raven was exactly what we were looking for our 5 day stay on Bohol to enjoy a quiet holiday, sea, sun, and snorkeling. Definitely worth traveling a bit further (2 hours from Tagbi) to this quiet place. Helpful and friendly owners, freshly cooked delicious food with vegetarian options, very personal attitude of the staff, beautiful garden, comfy bed, we felt really welcomed as guests. This place has a spirit and we would like to come back when visiting the Philippines again.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The place has incredibly beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water and soft white sand — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Amazing, Relaxing Stay in Anda! ⭐️ Anda is a beautiful spot, and it was a wonderful find! It's a tourist location that is surprisingly quiet and relaxing, which made it a perfect getaway. The local life was very friendly, and it’s a truly relaxed spot with some really nice white-sand beaches—well worth the travel to come and stay! What Made Our Stay Exceptional by staying at Blue Star This place delivers a truly memorable experience. Like finding a snorkeling paradise, the area is a treasure for water lovers. We enjoyed every moment and felt completely taken care of. In short: it's a place that offers unforgettable relaxation and attentive care. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a peaceful get away Anda is the place...

If you’re looking for a peaceful get away Anda is the place to go in Bohol/Panglao. Away from the chaos of Alona. Beautiful quiet beaches with amazing coral. Option to swim with giant sea turtles (boat tour). There is also an all day tour that is interesting and includes an island visit to bat caves and cave pools. Definitely for those seeking a taste of quite paradise.

Anda is still unspoilt by tourism.

Anda is still unspoilt by tourism. There are no kiosks selling cuddly toys or kiss me quick hats and to be honest, if that is what you expect from a holiday you should head to one of the popular destinations in the Mediterranean. If you want to see real life in the Philippines then Anda is probably one of the last remaining destinations. The signs of change are starting but it's still there now if you are quick.

Absolutely everything! It was a home away from home. The staff were so kind and felt like family. Nothing was too hard or too much. The location is amazing. You can walk along the beach into downtown on low tide. There is world class snorkeling from the back of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable bedding. The pool overlooks a jungle. It's peaceful and perfect temp all the time. The restaurant is always open and has delicious food. No need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to! We felt sad leaving.

We were offered to upgrade our room from the standard which was great. We had a big family room with the biggest bed I have ever seen! Comfortable big room complete with sofa. hot shower, nice toiletries, free water, plates, cups and utensils and a cooking area outside along with somewhere to dry your clothes. Nice rooftop area to sit. Only 5 mins walk to the centre for food and stores. Motorbike rental next door.

Everything was absolutely perfect - location on the white sand beach, spotless room and bathroom, wonderful staff and good food. Excellent drinks! And for those, who are planning a holiday in Anda next year, you will have a chance to stay in a brand new rooms - the hotel is being extended!

Rose was a very welcoming host, who graciously attended to met requests for information and assistance making arrangements. The comfortable property is serenely situated off the main road and makes a perfect base to explore both Anda and the sights around Candahay

The hotel is build in very nice, jungle vibe style. There was a great big bed, nice surroundings with the pool and restaurant with great, homemade food.
