Worth the price and you get to stay in the whole house. Caretakers we're just across the street and very helpful with our needs and always willing to help out. The place is very clean, pristine and very spacious. All amenities mentioned were present. Overall, it is a great place to stay and very worth the price.

I loved how close the property was to nearby cities, but it was out of the way, so I could relax in an open space. The pool was small but just what I wanted. I was always greeted in a friendly manner, and approached nicely for any assistance that I required. I felt very safe, which was really important as I had flown internationally. Overall, a perfect experience for me and my partner!

I’ve always used the Seda chain of hotels everytime I’m in the Philippines. I have stayed in Seda Vertis North several times that is why I chose Seda Manila Bay for my stay near the airport. Although there are differences between the two, the service and amenities of both hotels continue to be top-notch. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I stayed with my mother and they were quite accommodating to her needs as a senior citizen. “Prince” from the morning buffet paid extra attention to us, even bringing us fruits and other dishes just so mama doesn’t have to stand often. Seda Manila Bay also has a dedicated connection to the Ayala Mall so there is no need to go outside the building to do your shopping or eat in the numerous restaurants found inside. I also find the swimming pool of SMB larger compared to that of Vertis North. They have a paddling pool which I saw the children really enjoying. They also have a gym, playroom and game room to keep people of all ages entertained.
