Mecaja Beach House is the perfect place for a holiday — total relaxation with the kindest staff. They treated us like queens and made us feel like part of their family. On top of that, they offer beachside massages, and Bing Bing is truly amazing at what she does — the best massage we’ve had in the Philippines (and we’ve tried quite a few!). 🥰 We wholeheartedly recommend Mecaja Beach House for a truly paradise-like getaway. We loved staying at Backpacker's hill! Our host was so friendly and helpful with good recommendations and booking tours/trips. I loved that it was a bit further away from the main tourist zone, making it a more peaceful and authentic place to stay. It was really easy and pleasant to walk into the main area to see all the sights (about 10-15 min). the location is stunning! A wonderful stay in Port Barton.

We loved everything about this place, the location is a bit outside of port barton but it only takes 15 minutes to walk down to the beach. The bamboo huts are excellent, the bed was really nice and the people running this place are such good people, there was nothing but smiles and laughs from them. We even had a problem with our bathroom that was fixed within a few hours. We hope to come back again soon! Thank you so much!

Breakfast was supergood, but not as good as the staff there. They made us feel right at home and helped to arrange activities and drivers etc. Will miss this place.

Staff was friendly, owner was so kind, he prepared ginger tea for me and checked my temperature when I got a sunstroke. WiFi was working good (also for work and online meetings) in common area.
