From the moment my wife and I walked into Berkingshire Hotel in F7 Islamabad, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Our two-day stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I felt compelled to personally acknowledge the incredible staff who made our experience so memorable. At the forefront was Madam Uzma, whose leadership and attention to detail were clearly reflected in the hotel’s excellent service. She ensured everything ran smoothly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. A special thanks goes to Saleem, Shazaib, and Arsalan — each of whom went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Whether it was assistance with luggage, prompt room service, or friendly conversations, they truly made us feel at home. Even the guards at the entrance deserve appreciation for their courteous manner and professionalism. Their respectful greetings and discreet security presence added to the sense of safety and welcome. From the beautiful ambiance and clean, well-maintained rooms to the outstanding service at every level, Berkingshire Hotel exceeded our expectations. We left with great memories and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Islamabad. I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They even ironed my clothes at 3 am. The bed was super comfy and the overall feel of the room was great. They also upgraded me to a suite which was extremely kind of them. I was pleasantly surprised and would love to stay here again.

i would like to thank all the staff escpecially Zubair, Zubaria, and Meher for assisting me, as i travelled late on saturday night, and sunday all currency exchange was closed i had no access to any money, the staff was so helpful in ensuring my needs was met, they could see how distressed i was and booked me taxis etc and paid for things from their own pockets to help me until all banks was open again. i had to make a doctors appointment and they went out of thier way to ensure this happened. A truly great gesture. This hotel staff really look after the people that are staying with them.
