I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They even ironed my clothes at 3 am. The bed was super comfy and the overall feel of the room was great. They also upgraded me to a suite which was extremely kind of them. I was pleasantly surprised and would love to stay here again.

We really liked Reina Boutique Hotel. Room was spacious. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Guarded entrance. Hot showers. Clean. A table with two lounge chairs. Many wardrobes. Helpful staff. BREAKFAST AND EVERYTHING THAT I ORDERED TO MY ROOM WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND STYLISH. WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER WAS EXCELLENT! PLENTY OF PARKING AVAILABLE. SECURITY WAS EXCELLENT, THERE WERE ALWAYS A COUPLE OF THEM STANDONG THERE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE GATE EVEN WHEN I WOULD DRIVE BACK AT 3AM THEY WOULD STILL BE WIDE AWAKE AND VIGILANT.

i would like to thank all the staff escpecially Zubair, Zubaria, and Meher for assisting me, as i travelled late on saturday night, and sunday all currency exchange was closed i had no access to any money, the staff was so helpful in ensuring my needs was met, they could see how distressed i was and booked me taxis etc and paid for things from their own pockets to help me until all banks was open again. i had to make a doctors appointment and they went out of thier way to ensure this happened. A truly great gesture. This hotel staff really look after the people that are staying with them.
