The vacation was a total rip-off.
The vacation was a total rip-off. The music blasting at the local disco didn’t stop until 1 AM—honestly, it felt like they were having a rave in our room. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the soundproofing in the rooms was non-existent. Our "luxurious" room was separated from the one next door by interior door.
In the poolside showers —no hot water. As for the restaurant? Calling it "awful" would be an understatement. If you somehow thought from the description that we were staying in a bargain basement hostel, you'd be mistaken. Our room, which we foolishly thought would be an upgrade, cost around $200 a night.
On top of everything else, the pillows were an awful. And as For cleanliness - let’s just say the rusty needle we nearly stepped on really tied the whole “luxury experience” together.

- Food in restaurant was good
- hotel kindly allowed us to change the reservation date at the last minute, due to illness

The hotel had a great setting and was a welcome change from normal hotels. Nice weather to be able to sit outside and have a drink. Rooms were a bit dark but fine, great shower.

we could combine pottery shopping in Boleslawiec and country side farm visiting. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. playground for kids.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the castle. Our dinner was fabulous. The breakfast buffet best of all our hotel stays. I highly recommend this hotel.
