The rooms corresponded to the description and all photographs were posted on the website. It was very convenient that the keys were next to the door and there was no need to wait for check-in or to show up at the reception. We really liked the breakfast, a lot of choice and very tasty. We were especially surprised by the lunchboxes, since our flight was early in the morning. They contained a lot of tasty and different food, we were pleasantly surprised. I also liked that the room had a mini kitchen and a smart TV. And most importantly, the house was located away from the highway and it was not noisy!

Felt like you are at someones home, very cosy and traditional look. Location is great as well as it is close to local tourist attractions and tiny market around the corner. To get to Cracow doesn't cost much nor take long either so good out of city stay.

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Everything about my stay was exceptional, and I found it to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. The service was attentive and gracious, the room was spotless and beautifully appointed, and the atmosphere felt both luxurious and welcoming. A standout feature is the huge balcony that offers sweeping views and plenty of space to relax in privacy. It added a special touch to my stay and made each evening truly enjoyable. The place is absolutely gorgeous. It's up on the hill so getting there without car might be difficult. The view is great, facility is 3 months old it still smells like new. You can even fully open the window which is not a guarantee everywhere.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk. It’s a house not a hotel, there was a shared bathroom right next door to their bedroom! No safety outside the bedroom it’s a 20 foot drop to the floor! You don’t pay at property you are driven to a cash machine and forced to pay cash!!! There is no lights or locks on your bedroom door, it’s filthy and smells of cigarettes. But don’t complain to booking com because their policy is the worst! Stranded at the airport over night and the customer service officer was absolutely unqualified he used the phonetic alphabet to spell his name using N for Nazi instead of November bearing mind we were in Poland! Totally unacceptable and very unhelpful. My partner has a medical machine that needs to be worn and he was totally unsympathetic no offer of a hotel close by just one five miles away! Which I had to pay again for! Never use them again rubbish

    The owner communicated with me over Booking.com and provided detailed description of how to get in and out of the property. The property was clean and it had all that we needed. The only regret I have is that we didn’t stay any longer. There was a lovely patio outside and a pool and garden area with a playground for kids (which we have 3). The lady who owns the properties was so lovely when I called her at 23:00 panicking about a taxi to the airport (when 2 companies cancelled on me). She said she would help give us a lift to the airport at 3:30am. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
