The room was beautiful and the location is great. The hot spring pools were very relaxing. To check in you need to head to the main ticket booth, we didn't realize this and when we arrived there was a HUGE queue because of a party - English isn't spoken by many of the staff so learn some polish before you go!

We stayed here as a family – two kids, father-in-law and mother-in-law – and everyone left absolutely happy. The accommodation is modern, clean, and cozy, with everything you need. The hosts are amazing, friendly, and truly care about their guests. The location is perfect – the Szaflary thermal aquapark is only about a 5-minute walk away. Outside, there’s a beautiful gazebo with seating and a grill, a spacious garden, and a children’s play area with a little house, sandbox, and an inflatable castle. Kids’ paradise, parents’ coffee time. 😊 As a bonus, the owners sell ice cream and waffles right outside – a perfect treat after a trip or swimming. Overall, an ideal place for families with children who want to combine relaxation, fun, and comfort. We would love to come back!

Nice and calm village with beautiful architecture, nice surroundings and good civic amenities. The citizens were pleasant and helpful. We appreciated convenience of the Zabka store in the middle of the village, just close to the local church. This store offered a good selection of goods, from basic necessities to snacks and beverages, and even had a tasty coffee for those who needed a pick-me-up. The store was well-stocked and provided a convenient and accessible option for all of our needs, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay in the area.

A beautiful, larger highland village. Prices in restaurants are reasonable. Przy Mostie has very good food and very friendly service, and the Zadyma restaurant also has good food at reasonable prices.

An ideal place for those who want to spend most of their time relaxing in thermal baths. A ten-minute walk from the accommodation are the Szaflary Thermal Bath and the Goracy Potok Thermal Bath. Both are worth a visit.

From the hotel, the two thermal baths are a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet is very good. We recommend the evening meal, which is excellent and varied, even if it was a little early for us. We rented a car at Krakow airport and reached Szaflary in 1.5 hours; the drive was very scenic and easy. We recommend a visit to Zakoplane, a lovely and lively resort.

Termy Goracy Potok has charm and a good atmosphere.

Termy Goracy Potok has charm and a good atmosphere. Everywhere is clean, the choice of food and drinks is great. Definitely go for an evening swim. Only on weekends there are a lot of visitors, we found a visit to Termy Szaflary on Sunday, quieter, satisfaction.

The hotel was really lovely. The decor was modern with traditional features, lovely finishing touches, spotless throughout. The breakfast served was a buffet with everything you could have thought of for breakfast, definitely something for everyone. The views were amazing. Due to rural location would recommend having a car, but having said that we stayed only for three days without a car and the owners were super helpful and expained transport options and even offered a lift! There is a restaurant and shop nearby, 2 min walk from the hotel.

We liked everything, we entered a Christmas fairy tale. This is a family hotel that exceeded all expectations. Everything is very tasteful, the hostess is wonderful, caring. Perfect cleanliness, perfectly decorated. The food is fantastic. There is a playground for children outside, and a games room inside. For adults, there are tennis, billiard tables, and board games. There is a wonderful summer house next to the hotel, incredibly beautiful and cozy. We recommend it to everyone, and we will return and only to this place.

I really liked the hotel, super nice staff, and the breakfasts are TOP, definitely add them to your stay. Very beautiful view from the window and incredible sunrises. Overall, my boyfriend and I were very pleased with the hotel and service. We have already recommended it to all our friends. But you definitely need to get there by car. It is very difficult to call a taxi, and the bus stop is very far away.
