Great hotel in the city center, overlooking the old bridge. Pleasant service, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, large rooms, quiet environment, free parking in the hotel-restaurant parking lot. The room has facilities for making tea and coffee - kettle, cups and glasses. The toilet in the room was leaking - the staff responded quickly and it was fixed the next day. The staff does not speak English very well, but tries to explain everything in Polish. Excellent breakfast. Warning to other guests - check-in is required by 10 pm, after 10 pm the doors are locked.

This was my second stay here. I’m very satisfied with the service. If I am ever in Tczew again I would definitely book my stay here. The atmosphere was very friendly and the breakfasts were amazing. I strongly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area for a holiday.

The check in staff and bar staff were very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. This has been one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. I would rate this hotel higher than the Hilton hotel I stayed at in London just based on the customer satisfaction. I would happily stay here again! 10+ stars from me!

We are returning customers, Love the apartment 😍 we extended our stay to 9 nights . Fabulous!!! Last time I mentioned to the lady that owns the place that I missed the iron , and when we arrived Izabela has the iron and ironing board in the apartment, We stayed over Xmas so I asked her could we get the place decorated and she did . We didn't want to leave !! Thank you so much , we coming back shortly . Karolina & Colm

It was an absolutely magical stay! 💖 The “Wisełka” apartment turned out to be a perfect choice – spacious, beautifully decorated, and so cozy that we immediately felt at home. The view impressed me the most – having morning coffee with the river panorama is something truly unforgettable. 🌅 Everything was arranged with the greatest attention to detail – from spotless interiors, super comfortable bed, to the wonderfully equipped kitchen. On top of that, there was peace, quiet, and at the same time a perfect location. The hostess was incredibly warm, helpful, and kind-hearted. ❤️ Thanks to her, our stay felt even more special. This place stole my heart, and I will definitely return many times! ✨ I highly recommend it to anyone who dreams of pure relaxation in magical surroundings by the river 🌿

Carina is a great place to stay in Tczew. The rooms are comfy, and quiet at night. Breakfast is very generous and offers a wide range of choices. We have stayed here many times, and will keep returning. There is also no problem with parking, and there are public transport stops right outside the hotel.

It was a rather well looked-after hotel with nice amenities (especially corridors). The room was not something special but quite ok. Tailor-made breakfast (you had to choose between 4 menus), served at table. Easy parking. Centrally placed with various shops around if one needs to buy something.

This hotel was spotless and had everything we needed. We stayed here for Tczew parkrun (the hotel is practically on the course) and was a few minutes' walk to the start line.
