The hotel is very modern and in a lovely area, with a big area next door with plenty of restaurants available. Theyngive a free shuttle to the beach and the Old Town. Food and drinks at the WXYZ bar was lovely as well. They gave discount vouchers to use as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place San Juan! The facilities were excellent - everything was super clean, and comfortable. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff!
