Lovely new hotel in an old flour mill, lots of attention to detail and keeping the fabric and workings intact and on show mixed with vintage and stylish modern items and furniture . There’s a restaurant and counters round the kitchen where you can interact with the chefs who mainly cook with wood fire . Also a pool and a sauna and nice sunbathing area . We were the first guests and the lovely staff were eager to make sure we had a lovely time . The hotel is situated on the edge of a sleepy old school Portuguese town so entering feels like stepping into another world

Very clean, spacious and new apartment with good value for money in the neighbourhood of Évora. The owners Benedita & Felipe are very helpful and friendly. We did a nice BBQ in the garden. There are several archeological sites in the vicinity.
