The house was in a beautiful location, just a short walk or drive to the town for a pastel de nata in the bakery and then to the river for a swim. The house itself was immaculate & comfortable! Will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful place if you are traveling in north Portugal and the huge plus is the 3 minutes walk from the hotel to the adventure park. Hotel is lovely with an amazing outdoor pool, great service, option for a chef dinner that we enjoyed. we took the suite room and the only issue with that is the bed, which was too soft for us and not really comfortable. Area is so green and great for hiking.

Dear Ann and Steen, What a wonderful couple are you Guys! The best hosts we ever had. The name of Bed and Breakfast is really what it should be, a warm home where you feel welcome from the start. Never felt as “at home” as we were with you. Will definitely recommend your stay to all our friends. very beautiful and cozy place with nice veranda where you can sit outside the rooms if you want to relax and a nice swimming pool area that you can use on summer months. The owners were very welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including giving us one of their home made wine bottles (great wine btw) and a very tasty cake we didn't ask for :-) The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, like dishwasher, stove, coffee machine etc. Overall I highly recommend this place and will love to come back in a future visit.

The room was very spacious. I liked that you can turn the shades up and down while lying in bed. The host was very nice. The location is beautiful. Breakfast was oke for me. It was possible to boil eggs yourself, never seen that before in a hotel buffet😉.
