This place is amazing. I wish we would stay longer. Breakfast was wonderful, owners are super nice, pool is big and inviting. There is even a beautiful common area, with small playground for kids, table tennis, and board games. You should arrive for at least few nights!

The Centro historico was fun and exciting to explore. It is very compact with lots of churches. The Jardim do Sol were very pleasant. Very walkable place once you get to the top. All the normal grocery stores available. Try the Pampillos, very good local confectionary. We particularly liked Cafe Bijou.

The room with the stunning panoramic view was clean and comfortable. The food downstairs was very good and reasonably priced. Parking was easy and accessible. The center of town was a good 25 minute walk so we drove and parked in the central underground parking lot. Easy. Nice shops and the Porto del Sol is a beautiful park with another stunning view.

I visited the Golegã Fair and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend it. I also recommend looking for accommodation in Golegã to enjoy the fair's nightlife, which is worthwhile. I also recommend a visit to the Carlos Relvas House-Studio. A wonderful visit to what was once considered the best photography house-studio in the world.

We really liked Santarém. It has good playgrounds.

We really liked Santarém. It has good playgrounds. We loved the Aqui Há Gato bookstore. We loved eating at the Tascá restaurant. But our favorite was Terra Bio in the Jardim da República, incredible flavors. We were disappointed with the market, very beautiful on the outside, with the tiles, but the space inside is very poorly used.

For me, the Gothic Capital is the jewel in the crown of the Ribatejo region's geographical and cultural landscape. I recommend visiting Santarém, as well as Almeirim and Alpiarça. I hope to have the opportunity to visit Rio Maior and Ribeira de Asseca soon.

Historic center with very interesting architecture that constantly captivates visitors. Great care is taken in its preservation, with plenty of commerce, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Parking could be improved.

A lovely house in the centre of Santarem. Very nicely laid out with the addition of a pool. Room was very clean and a very comfortable bed and lovely shower. Kitchen facilities if you needed them. The staff were very responsive to our messages before we arrived and very welcoming on our arrival. Would definitely recommend A Casa Brava and would like to have stayed longer. we were very lucky because we arrived to a location which is brand new and all the units are pristine in its use. the acomodations have air conditioning, a little kitchen fully equipped, a sun terrace and some beautifull bathrobes which are incredible and only to be found at the top most hotels. well done ! the privacy and the quietness are incredible.

Good location. Hotel was clean. Lovely, super friendly receptionist who gave us advice on places to take our 4 year old son (sorry I didn’t catch your name! She had dark hair and spoke English extremely well!) Air con in room was great during the heat wave!
