Writing a review for this place makes one soon run out of superlatives. Everything nice people say in the reviews is an understatement. First of all, Alice is super attentive, helpful, and responsive. The home is spotless, better equipped than my own home, nicely decorated, with vitrage lamp shades and historical items adorning the walls. The first place in Portugal where they had a Moka cafetera, the first good coffee in a month! The washing machine, the additional heating in bathroom. The location is beautiful, a small eerie village, where you meet more cats than neighbours. On the fringe of Montesinho national park, it is a great starting point to explore the little villages as well as the landscapes.

Featuring city views, Casa da Edrosa offers accommodation with patio, around 26 km from Braganca Castle. There is a private entrance at the farm stay for the convenience of those who stay.
