The service is just perfect. All the people in the Quinta are there ready to help and arrange what you need. The territory is lovely: two pools, bar, children playground, trampoline, hammock to chill. I also liked that they have children gymnastics in the morning! Very nice, definetly recommend!

Vila Nova is a pretty seaside town . We came for a night and stayed for a fortnight. The supermarkets amd cafés are plentiful. There are many beautiful beaches and interesting things to see. The local bus takes you to pretty towns and villages nearby. Its a lovely place to have a holiday.

Visited for 3 days as part of a road trip through Alentejo into the Algarve. Lovely resort with river and sea beaches. Good selection of shops and restaurants. Visited out of season so very quiet apart from a volume of backpackers. Weather was perfect.

This charming seaside village offers an ideal spot to relax and recharge. Although it can get quite crowded in July and August, its peaceful atmosphere makes it perfect for a getaway. There are many cafés and restaurants where you can truly experience Portuguese cuisine, but as always, check reviews to steer clear of tourist traps!

it was a beautiful town with lots of restaurants and shops to visit. Unfortunately we were only in town for one night as part of our Fisherman's trail hike. We took the short ferry across the bay and did get to see the beach, which looked amazing

Great little town that provides good access up and down the west coast of Portugal. The beach nearby or on the other side of the river is excellent for a relaxed day and the town itself has a good number of restaurants/cafes etc. You can: - spend time at the beach - explore the coast (by car or walking) - paddleboard, kayak etc along the river - wander the town stopping at cafes/gelaterias/restaurants - all of the above

The host was awesome and very helpful with additional information about parking and local restaurants! The Hotel Room was spacious, very clean, and had great WC facilities with an awesome shower. Room amenities were very good and exceeded my expectations. There's a small outdoor patio where you can sit and have a drink; however, be mindful that there are rooms nearby therefore you need to be respectful if other guests are sleeping. Room and hotel location were very quiet, great for a night's rest!

The location is close to the city center and the beach, but far enough to be in a very quiet location. The boutique hotel has détail to attention and has a beautiful pleasant sober decor. It has everything you need , even a little balcony. Pool and outside space which was calm to do our morning yoga routine. The welcome is absolutely extraordinary and Rudolf went out of his way to book restaurants or send other recommandations for our stay. We cannot thank him enough.

We stayed here for one night while walking the Fishermen's trail. The hotel is perfectly located and easy to find. Note that during the low season the guests have to check-in at the Milfontes Beach Hotel (5 min walk) and the breakfast is served there as well. Our twin room was cosy and clean, but unfortunately also rather humid. Don't leave your clothes lying around, keep them in your suitcase.
