They were beyond expectations if i would come again to the hotel the hospitality of the staff I mentioned earlier will be the reason. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ezdan Palace Hotel for the second time, and it was another wonderful experience for our 3-night stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the hotel staff, making us feel right at home. Initially, we were given a twin sharing room, but thanks to the responsive team, we quickly requested a change to a king-size bed with a lovely balcony, and they accommodated us without hesitation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we will certainly return to Ezdan Palace Hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The staff were friendly and courteous. It’s a hotel well worth visiting again.

Everything was very nice the manager Mr Marcio Bastos was extremely helpful i got an upgrade and also my checking out time was extended due to my late departure! Thanks to him I had an wonderful time!
