It was short couple break which was planned last minute. We decided to spend it in Qatar, but in a quiet area far from city centre and diplomatic area . Although The OQ was attractive logo, there were only few reviews that can help to make a decision to stay there in such special break, but the price and photos of high floors and sea views were attractive… and thanks God the reality was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with that lovely smile, warm reception and chat from Sufian, Hajar, Yasin and all the guys at the entrance associated with big wows about the OQ decoration and beauty. The team choice of our suite 1103 was another story started from the spacious area,balcony sea views and the suite’s decoration and ambiance completed by special warm and gentle welcoming card, complementary sweet tray and red flowers bouquet from the famous name in hotels’ hospitality Chole Chlala (The OQ GM) which took our breath away:) Mr.Rashaunt’s touch for the red flowers on the bed, Ms. Prushanthani housekeeping team leader added some special warm feelings as soon as we entered. İ liked everyrhing. İ admired everyrhing. İt is a fantastik hotel. May ve there is anywere a better hotel, but hardly a more souful. The personel is beyond any praise. I would especially like to thank the two young men at the reception who helped me check in on 24.03. One of them is called Ze, he is from Myanmar. My sympathies to his compatriots in connection with the events that took place in his country. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the second one. He is a tall, handsome man. They provided me with such a wonderful room, a stay in which I will probably never forget for the rest of my life. It was a real gift for my birthday

The room is enormous and comes with TWO toilets and a laundry and a kitchen and a bath and a bed the size of many hotel rooms. Big balcony also. The pool in the 9th floor is fabulous. Features high, price low. I recommend. We were given a sea view rather than a land view and a late check out which we appreciated. All the staff were very friendly.

My friend and I spent one week in this amazing hotel, which was very close to most attractions. The room was spacious and very clean, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to: - Kunulu, who served our breakfast each morning. - Amine and another guy from Jordan (the receptionists) who made our stay unforgettable. - Sonja (from Morimoto restaurant) for being so friendly and attentive. ☺️ All the staff were incredible!
