Apoi principial le-am cerut sa ramburseze costul inchieriei unei umbrelute de plaja (nu e vorba de 35 Lei/zi) si impresia proasta s-a accentuat la refuzul patroanei. They played a trick on me, letting me belive that they had beach umbrellas(I only asked...twice). Poor impression accentuated by the owner's refusal to cover the rental cost of said beach umbrealla from another hotels on the beach. I was asking in principle, not because of the cost (35 RON/day) . On the beach, the life guards don't pay attention to the people in the water at all, instead they hide in the shade with their nose in their phones. I've watched them all week long. A nice place to visit during season, as if you go off season...
A nice place to visit during season, as if you go off season it will be a bit deserted. You have three different regions in Mamaia, one where the fair is, there is a bit crowded but the prices for food are more ok, second is the middle part( here the downside is the bicycle lane that goes right thru the middle of the waking area so you always need to pay attention not to get hit) , where you have some nice restaurants but if you want to go to the water it will take for ever as the beaches where enlarged and the third one is Mamaia Sat where the hotel look a bit nicer, the water is close by, but the prices are the highest.Guest review byMaximBrRomania - 10.0

The beach is steps away from the hotel, and we enjoyed laying on the sunbeds even if it was 1st of October. Breakfast was good, pretty various, but I would've enjoyed more vegan options, especially some plant-based milk for the coffee.
