My impressions of the hotel were good! We had a late check-in and the staff was kind enough to accommodate us! There is an affectionate cat in the hall who will kindly guide you to your room. About the room: very large and spacious, you can easily place your suitcases, the bed is comfortable, clean and fragrant. There is a coffee machine and minibar, prices are reasonable. The bathroom is clean, there are enough towels. The breakfast is excellent, small but varied and contains everything you need. there is coffee, tea and other drinks, eggs, meat and baked goods, vegetables etc. The staff is friendly and speaks English. There is parking in the hotel courtyard, we arrived at night and managed to get a space. I definitely recommend it if I’m in Sibiu again, now I know exactly where to stay

The spa's tranquil ambiance truly added to the overall experience, allowing me to unwind and escape from the stresses of everyday life. The dining options at the hotel were equally impressive. The restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The menu showcased both local and international cuisine, providing a culinary experience that satisfied even the most discerning palate. Additionally, the attentive and friendly staff made dining an absolute pleasure, ensuring my needs were met and providing excellent recommendations. The hotel's location on Paltinis Mountain was truly idyllic. Overall, my stay at this 4-star hotel on Paltinis Mountain with its incredible spa was a truly unforgettable experience. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and stunning natural surroundings created a haven of relaxation and indulgence.
