This location has a fundamental problem of management.
This location has a fundamental problem of management. Their choice of dealing with a critical situation - lack of warm water - was to keep the guests misinformed about the countermeasures they were taking. And on top of that, offering a 10% discount which, of course, could not help us to wash. So we imediately left the place.
