The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. Thanks for excellent hospitality. Jankovic

The owners were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is very clean, the bed is confortable with nice linen, and kitchen well equiped with everything we needed to cook a meal. It's not at the city center but is very near, and it was what we were looking for. There was a storm and all roads were full of snow. As the accommodation is near the road, this wasn't a problem.

Everything was fantastic. The tree house is perfect for two people. Staff very kind, food very, very tasty. The whole area is very interesting, children would love this place. We will be back.

The apartment was relatively nice — well-equipped and furnished and modern. Beds were comfortable. We were provided with a baby cot. We had a designated parking place. It was convenient that the apartment was on the first floor right by the stairs and the elevator. The nature around the building is nice, with horses roaming freely.
