William the manager speaks english and french. He is very reactive and helpful. The food was nice but above the place whre the lodge stands is perfect. On the lake shore with a sublime view on the volcanos for the sunset and the sunrise. A small piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

Monique & Norbert are the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and their 2 daughters Nikka and Kara are just the cutest. I spent 3 nights at their house and it felt like being at home. Monique’s homemade food is delicious and having dinners with the family in the evenings was a highlight. I was so sad to leave and wish I could have stayed longer. I also recommend doing their twin lakes tour, it was one of the best parts of my trip! Thanks so much Monique & Norbert, I hope we can meet again one day.

Was really nice to be there with my boyfriend,Sandra the reception was friendly and customers care is their priorities We went for hiking in volcanoes national Park but when we came back even if we were checking out they was still taking care of us We will come back Was magical to stay to your resort

I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing.
