From the moment you arrive, you are treated not just as a guest, but as part of the family. Christine and Hugh, the owners, go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome. Every time they see you, they take a moment to check in, share recommendations, and engage in warm, friendly conversations. Their passion for hospitality is truly remarkable. The entire staff is just as wonderful as the owners. A special mention to Sierra at the restaurant and the friendly reception team, who made every interaction a pleasure. If you're looking for a warm and personal experience, Nature Kigali is the perfect choice. I have never experienced such hospitality anywhere else. The hotel was simply perfect. Extremely conveniently located near the Kigali Conference Center (just a 20-30 minute walk). I had a room on the second floor and the hotel was very quiet and clean. I felt very safe and welcomed by the friendly hotel staff. They even gave a complimentary jar of honey at check-out!
