Everything was amazing from the airport shuttle collecting us to the drop off at the car rental office at the end of our stay. All the staff were excellent and made sure we had a great stay. Great buffet breakfast and an excellent restaurant menu. It was my first time in Rwanda and I was very impressed.

My room was huge, the bed comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful in organizing my sightseeing in Kigali.
