I had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. There’s even a bus to the Masjid al-Haram for only 4 riyals — very convenient and affordable. Highly recommended!

The receptionists were very polite and courteous. They were perfect in their job. The people in the room service were excellent, caring and helpful. I liked the size of the room, the cleanliness, the corridors were always smelling so good and all the facilities this hotel had. Omar faruk(room service) was exceptional, always there when I needed him for any kind of help. I liked people involved in the concierge, very attentive, polite and caring about my baggages. It was a 5 star experience for me. Well done to the team and Omar faruk.
