Overall it was fine but I did not know that the shesha service was no longer provided in additional to the high cost of the open buffi which is compared to anything another high quality restaurants are ok

When we got there, we were disappointed that both restaurants on site were being “renovated” so we had no way of ordering food since the property is basically in the middle of know where. The hotel manager was very helpful and offered us an extra 12 hour stay at no cost for the inconvenience. None the less it was unpleasant for our family because of the whole food situation especially when travelling with children. Please advise guests via email or phone if your facilities are unavailable to avoid surprises at checkin. Had electricity issues in our room. They moved us to a different chalet that didn’t have a good view.

Beautiful ambience away from hustle of city. Excellent food buffet. Its away from main city so you don't get anything nearby but if you are planning to stay some time in clean, peaceful natural environment with beachfront then its worth especially when weather is good.

It was a nice experience my kids did really enjoyed the beach and pool access. There is a space for biking too ,I cant see ladies swimming that's why my wife did not swim also. Staff are polite and helpful.

We just spent 2 nights at the Golden Tulip Dana Bay Resort . This is our first visit and will be back again. The things we love about the Golden Tulip Dana Bay Resort : very friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and strict COViD practice, rooms are bit Old but with full kitchen overlooking the ocean, access to the beach!

There is nothing that you will not like about this place and there are no negatives to write about anything, so I would re-iterate the positives. The hotel staff were well organized in section of housekeeping, room service, laundry, reception, restaurants and other sections. All numbers were provided on the display of landline. The life guards were active on the swimming pool as well as the beaches. The water sports service provider was also available during the course of the activities. Overall, a complete service package was ready for you.
