This hotel is incredibly peaceful and excellent in every way. The staff’s responsiveness is outstanding, and their service is prompt. The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. Akram was also exceptional and provided top-notch service. I highly recommend staying here. The prices are very affordable compared to the location and nearby hotels. We arrived slightly before 4pm and was greeted by Abdul Majeed. Being our first time at this hotel, we were mentally prepared for the long checking after reading reviews of other neighbouring hotels along the clock tower area. Alhamdulillah, check in was quick as there were no one else checking in at the reception. Abdul Majeed offered an upgrade and late check out which came as a surprise as we had booked this hotel at the very last minute (2 days before arrival) with not much room type selection. Location of the hotel to haram is directly accessible via escalators. Hotel lift comes very fast unlike some review from other hotels where lifts can get crowded during peak period. Bell boy service was prompt as well. Overall, We truly enjoy our stay and had a memorable stay in makkah. Insha Allah we will be back to stay for our next umrah. Well done to the hotel team.

Well I truly appreciated the ease of the check in process. I was even offered an early check in. It suited me a lot after a long travel. The bus to the haram was in a cyclic turn and was always available. The bed was of great comfort as usual and the room was sparkling clean. Breakfast was inclusive in my package which was supposed to continental. I can assure you that the hotel has totally redefined continental with such a variety of hot food on the buffet. Check out process was flawless with a gentleman at a reception who ensured that I had breakfast before I leave and even taking care for my luggage.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. There’s even a bus to the Masjid al-Haram for only 4 riyals — very convenient and affordable. Highly recommended!
