Everything about this hotel is excellent Excellent rooms, very clean, quiet so we had really good sleep The receptionist was so polite & helpful We were granted early check in & late check out Very easy to get the room, & very easy to check out Breakfast was so good, very clean food with decent varieties that made my kids eat comfortably The location is at one of the best locations for me in Madinah with about 5min walk to gate 333 of Masjid Al-Nabawi

Everything was perfect. I would like to thank Ms. Ibtihal & Mr.Omar for the great hospitality. Upon my arrival Mr. Omar did an upgrade for my room to a Suite which was very clean and comfortable. A fruit Plate was also delivered to my room upon my arrival. Ms. Ibtihal at Guest Relation was very kind and helpful during my stay. Food at the Restaurant was delicious. I will definitely visit the hotel again. Thank you very much.

Hotel was extremely clean staff was professional specially Malik at reception. Its bit far from Haram but its not an issue with uber it’s made easier to visit haram. As private taxis don’t understand location sometimes due to couple of reasons. Number location on google map doesn’t reflects street address just road name and secondly this same hotel have second branch as well with same name which confuses taxi drivers and most of them can’t understand English . With uber no issue. At the end thank you hotel staff to giving me drop off at HHR train station. May Allah s w t bless you
