Everything was so great.The room was very convenient, very well maintained and absolutely sparkling clean what I always appreciate.The water in the pool was also very clear. The owners are very friendly and helpful.We recommend to take option with breakfasts which are delicious and nutricious. The vicinity is very atractive too, offering a lot of stores, groceries and just presence of nice people.

The local guy Jahir was most pleasant. Brought some fruits and gifts to the kids and made a wonderful dinner. The apartman was very well located a few min from the children friendly beach and was very clean.

Everything was perfect. Very kind staff, willing to help anytime. Location good, very close to the bus station. Clean rooms. Only in room number 1 the AC was right above my head so i had to switch it off while i was sleeping. Quite expensive food in the beach bar. Overall i enjoyed my stay in La Voi del Marr. Highly recommended.

Tourterelle is in a nice location - a stone throw from the beach, a 15min walk from lots of food options, banks, BDCs, etc. The environment is nice and cozy. The staff were super friendly - they helped us to rent a car, book a 6hr excursion to Curieuse Island to see the giant tortoises and St Pierre for snorkeling (all on short notice), etc. It's also just 15mins drive from the jetty. They allowed us to drive the rented car to the Jetty and drop it off there, which was super convenient considering our luggage. I enjoyed my stay here and I have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Praslin.

The hotel’s highlights were the exceptional fresh food, the pristine beach, and the breathtaking views from the Cafe des Art Bar—each detail added something special to our experience. The food deserves a special mention. Every meal was a delight, with fresh, flavorful ingredients that showcased the best of Seychelles’ cuisine. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the attention to quality and taste was evident, making dining at the hotel an experience we eagerly looked forward to each day. The location of the hotel is a dream. The pristine beach is perfect for relaxing, with its soft sand, turquoise waters, and tranquil vibe. Spending time there was a highlight, offering peace and serenity that’s hard to find elsewhere. The Cafe des Art Bar was another standout. Sitting there with panoramic views of the ocean and lush surroundings while sipping on refreshing drinks created unforgettable moments. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Praslin, especially during sunset. We also want to give special recognition to Jennine at reception. She was a true gem and an incredible source of information. Whether it was offering recommendations, helping us plan our activities, or simply ensuring our needs were met, Jennine went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and willingness to help made such a difference, and we felt truly cared for throughout our visit. Another unique aspect of our stay was the presence of Robert, the owner. It’s rare to find an owner who is so hands-on and actively engaged in ensuring every detail of the hotel runs smoothly. He made himself available to guests, offering a friendly face and a listening ear while overseeing operations with care and precision. Robert’s dedication and personal involvement added a special touch, making us feel even more valued and welcome.

The location is magical, quiet and secluded. In front of you the ocean, behind a lush garden with beautiful flowers, fruits and turtles and then a tropical jungle. Outside, next to the dining room, a small pool with sun beds some shade. The room is cozy, well organized and with a stunning view of the ocean. All amenities are available including pool towels, a/c and a fridge. Breakfast is rich and delicious, the smoked fish was my absolute favorite! Also dinner is good, with two options for the main dish. They also have dedicated meals for children. Special mention to the staff, always so smiling and welcoming. If you arrive by car, which is recommended, there are plenty of parking spots available for free.

Grand Anse itself does not deserve a long time, being a beach, that's it, depending of course, on what you expect to do. Praslin itself is not very interesting compared to Mahe or even, La Digue. Praslin is good for few days, and the most interesting is on the other side, East Coast, since Grand Anse is on the West one.

I liked staying at Grand Anse, it has a sense of a small community but not a noisy one. One has to take either a rent a car or a bus. We rented a car for one day only, enough to see the island, and we took one bus ride No 61 around the island. Bus ride should be a must for everyone. Excellent experienced driver but the ride is not for lighthearted.

It's a good location to view the entire island from.

It's a good location to view the entire island from. If you're going to use bus transportation there are enough options. A couple of fine shops are there, and a couple of restaurants. The airport is there but you don't even here it. You have a good beach for swimming.
