The location was great! Pretty scenery. The host was super lovely. When we had a slight issue accessing the key box on arrival, it did take a while, but we managed to get into the property. Due to the issues accessing the property, they extended the stay by 1 hour for checkout. The property had all the amenities needed, and we would return!

A beautiful place for a summer trip to Stockholm, using the local ferry to the city center is so easy and affordable, the best way to travel. However, the local buses stop early evening and are at the top of a steep hill. The hotel has a fabulous restaurant on the quay beside the ferry stop, with excellent food and overlooking the water.

Incredibly nice place been there three years in a row..the last two years we have lived on the ground floor is absolutely perfect..And so good that you can go in early in the morning and have a cup of coffee and sit outside and watch all the boats coming and going!! Absolutely recommend this hotel.and very nice staff there!!We hope we can come back to Hotel J and Nacka Strand!!Hugs for you!!

A lovely summer retreat where, after a long day of...

A lovely summer retreat where, after a long day of sightseeing, you can take a refreshing dip in the hotel's private beach and enjoy beautiful sunsets and relaxing evenings with a bottle of wine or a glass of beer. The hotel is situated in a very quiet yet easily accessible location on the southeastern outskirts of Stockholm.

Unfortunately, we didn't see much of Nacka itself.

Unfortunately, we didn't see much of Nacka itself. The hotel is located in Nacka Strand. There was quite a bit of construction around the hotel, but it wasn't affected. Everything is easily accessible by boat. Next time we go to a city break, we'd stay at Hotel J instead of in central Stockholm.

We didn't see much of Nacka or Nacka Beach.

We didn't see much of Nacka or Nacka Beach. Our hotel was in this suburb and was beautifully situated in a green area right on the water. This meant we weren't in the bustling city all the time.

We had a fantastic stay in Nacka.

We had a fantastic stay in Nacka. We visited the beautiful Nyckelviken nature reserve. Breathtaking views of Stockholm. Great shopping mall in the village. Beautiful beach promenade. Very convenient boat connection to Stockholm city center. The restaurants on the beach promenade didn't impress us, but you can eat very well in the shopping mall.

We arrived in Stockholm by train walked about 1 minute to the bus stop which took us to the dock where we picked up a transit boat that took us to within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. It was a lovely relaxing way to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is located right next to the water. The staff at check in were excellent and the room was clean and the breakfast and breakfast staff were very good. They operated also a small onsite food kiosk and the staff there were also lovely and the food was good.

The host was really accommodating and helpful. Soleil responds really quick to questions even prior to my booking. During my arrival I missed the bus stop and the host was kind enough to offer his assistance in picking me up on the next stop. Everything was smooth. He is kind and easy to deal with. The place is decent. If you just need a good place to stay without the thrills and frills of hotel amenities. This is a good option. Good value for money.

We had a great time at the accommodation in Stockholm. The service provided by the staff was excellent and very nice. The breakfast was great! The location is a bit far from the center, but that was no problem at all thanks to the good bus and ferry connections. We would love to come back again - thank you very much!
