Good quality for this amount of money. Very clean, warm and modern hotel. The room was spacious and light, with compact kitchen and everything you need for your stay. The place offer laundry service and for us this was good bonus. Great top floor view and good breakfast. The area is not close to the centre but the metro connection to the city center is very easy.

The only good thing to say is that Hagop the night receptionist on Saturday night (10/02/24) is the only real asset that the hotel has. He was very polite very understanding and he went out of his way to find us new clean bedsheets and towels when we noticed the bedsheets on our bed were dirty and stained on the second night of our stay. He deserves a pay rise. I would suggest they use him to train the other staff on what hospitality and great customer care and service means.

- Mostly friendly and helpful staff (e.g. untimely check-in without additional costs) - Reception open 24 hours The apartments with the service included are in total a good choice if Stockholm City as well as the Countryside are to be discovered. Despite the cons given below, we can recommend the apartments due to the points given in the beginning. They should be considered as holiday apartments without the claim of being a hotel.

The hotel was very friendly. The room is clean and cozy equipped with everything you need. Free coffee and tea for guests is a nice bonus. Free convenient parking nearby. The city center can be reached by bus and then by train for 45 minutes. Bus stop near the hotel. Gorgeous nature nearby for walks in the forest. I recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling by car.

The concept works: room with a kitchenette for an affordable price. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere of an industrial area, but there is a bus stop outside. The reception personnel were helpful and professional. Good gym, although the sauna was broken.
