Really nice rooms and a nice theme to the hotel, bar area was great, nice decor, always cleaned really well and they left a cute horse teddy in the room. Away from the centre but near bus stops so really easy to get into the city. Breakfast was really nice, it got very busy but there were signs around the hotel saying when is the busiest/quietest times for breakfast which was helpful

The following made our stay very uncomfortable

The following made our stay very uncomfortable 1- Even after the reminder of the late check out, the manager came to the door, took me out and ask me to leave. Her name was Tuva and very unpolite. She did say that I will call the security you don't leave. When I said I will also call the police than she mellow down and agreed our check out at 2:30pm. Never i have faced this situation in Europe or any where elese 2- The beds are uncomfortable. The matters slips out of the bed. 3- The AC wasn't working 4- The temperature of the room was very uncomfortable 5- No phones in the room to communicate with the hotel staff

Only the price and the fact I had my own bathroom were good.

Only the price and the fact I had my own bathroom were good. For the rest: old facilities, dirty carpets in the corridors, old and useless furniture which made the room look very small, a bath tub form a film of the 1950s (to be generous) which leaked water everywhere. And, as a cherry on the cake, I had to pay for parking, although in the booking.com description it was simply said "parking available".

The price was much lower compared to other hotels. The staff was very helpful, they helped me find the grocery store and helped with various questions. Also they made sure that I got breakfast at 5 am. The rooms were tiny, but very practical The hotel was close to the venue of the conference I was attending.

I was on a business trip so location was perhaps the most important thing for me. However, the fact the hotel was clean, comfortable, and facilities were really good, and staff were super friendly was a bonus. Meals were excellent and the atmosphere was great. I'll stay again.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good, despite it was in another building, a bar. There was a coffee room at the hotel, where you could help yourself with coffee&tea snd some small snacks.
