The hotel is in a great location from public transport (Airport Buses, City Buses, Trams, Trains, etc. The staff are very professional and friendly. They also speak English so it’s very convenient. The rooms are so clean! And during my stay I came back each day to fresh bed linen, a clean and neatly ordered room. The breakfast at Roy’s has wide variety and tasty breakfast. I tried lunch on my first day and it was also really great with a 10% discount! The access to free coffee and treats all day in the lobby is the icing on the cake!

The following made our stay very uncomfortable

The following made our stay very uncomfortable 1- Even after the reminder of the late check out, the manager came to the door, took me out and ask me to leave. Her name was Tuva and very unpolite. She did say that I will call the security you don't leave. When I said I will also call the police than she mellow down and agreed our check out at 2:30pm. Never i have faced this situation in Europe or any where elese 2- The beds are uncomfortable. The matters slips out of the bed. 3- The AC wasn't working 4- The temperature of the room was very uncomfortable 5- No phones in the room to communicate with the hotel staff

Only the price and the fact I had my own bathroom were good.

Only the price and the fact I had my own bathroom were good. For the rest: old facilities, dirty carpets in the corridors, old and useless furniture which made the room look very small, a bath tub form a film of the 1950s (to be generous) which leaked water everywhere. And, as a cherry on the cake, I had to pay for parking, although in the booking.com description it was simply said "parking available".
