Simply everything. It must be a Swedish thing but from the moment you step in the hotel you are welcomed by the receptionist with a broad smile that promotes openess and a feeling of belonging. All staff members speak English fluently and are always willing to help you in case you need it. The room we stayed in had a microwave, a kettle, an ironing board and an iron along with a flat screen TV. The bed was unbelievably comfortable as well as the pillows and I could notice that the linen was high-quality. The location of the hotel is just perfect: it is a 3-minute walk from the old town. You have a Malmo bike station next to the hotel in case you want to explore the city by bike (which I totally recommend). The breakfast has all one can ask for and they also allow the guests to take coffee away by providing them a take-away cup.
