The location is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away, making it very easy to access the city and explore without any hassle. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout the stay. The room was very comfortable, and clean. Everything was well-maintained and designed for maximum comfort. One of the highlights was the food. Both breakfast and dinner were included in the stay, and the variety and quality were truly excellent. There was plenty to choose from—fresh juices, coffee, tea, and a rich selection of dishes that catered to all tastes. The food was plentiful, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A lovely touch that made the experience even more special was the daily “Fika”, a Swedish tradition where a delicious sweet treat was served in the heart of the day—available exclusively for hotel guests. It added a warm and homely feel that really set this hotel apart. Great location, wonderful food, outstanding service, and thoughtful extras that made the stay memorable. Highly recommended—I would definitely return!

All perfect, bette than the pictures, staff always ready for u,location, tram 30 3 minutes from the hotel and about 20 for city centre , breakfast quality ans sufficiency, super comfort bed and pillows, viewwwww 8 floor, super massage shower after all day out, fissy water, tea, coffee, cocoa complementary in room, all day in the reception area coffee and cookies and the best of all glogg hot red not alcoholic wine with raisins and almonds and cinnamon Swedish cookies, make u feel welcome and appreciated. The hotel was in a very good location close to the metro station and there are shops and cafes next to the premises! Very helpful and smiling staff, especially May was extremely friendly. The room was quiet and clean! There’s no wardrobe but it’s a very minor inconvenience! I can recommend this hotel especially for people who wants to attend to concerts because its very close to the major arenas in Stockholm!

The NY theme room was fabulous. Very cool place to stay. The breakfast is really outstanding. The wine bar is trendy with great Alt/Indie playlist. All of the staff were exceptional. Fanny in particular made our stay by giving us a hand written list of restaurants/bars (broken down into drinks-lunch-dinner-traditional Swedish) to visit without us even asking. It’s also a perfect location to see all that Stockholm has to offer. It’s very close to the Metro too.
