Tomaz greeted us on arrival and helped us with what to see in the area and food options as the restuarant was not open when we stayed there. He even provided bikes for us to use to explore! The room was great.

A lovely mini-castle just on the Slovenian side of the border, with views over the vineyards of Brda and Collio. This design hotel is a great place to stop for a night or two, to sample the local wines and restaurants. The location is in the city, close to the border, there is a private closed parking. There is a bistro and a restaurant - it was very tasty and the price is very good. Delicious breakfast - there is everything you need and there is a choice. The room is small, we asked for an extra pillow. There are a couple of shops and a pharmacy nearby.

Very nice and helpful stuff, great breakfast, very clean room, food in a restaurant downstairs perfect, wi-fi very good, tv also working, parking enought space (I travel with a wan,) pet friendly- I travel with 2 dogs (a labrador retriever and a standard poodle), additional payment for dogs, I was informed in advance, I agreed to it. Nice big bed.

The location is fantastic with marvelous views in the center of the very special Brda wine area. The rooms are very clean and spacious, very delicate decorated. All comfort is available. The owners are so kind and have a lot of attention for what you like as guest and the breakfast is realy good, with a lot of variety between sweets and salted. Surely a place to come back to!

    The nature was stunning, and the locals were amiable and calm. The local wine and olive oil were delicious. I suggest you try a Briška Hiša for dinner or late lunch. Just plan your trips ahead, and don't trust Google Maps, as it has led me through some very wrong turns.
