I arrived late at night and woke up late the next morning. I almost came too late for breakfast but the friendly receptionist had already told the restaurant staff about my delayed arrival and that I would probably sleep longer the next morning so they were prepared and made sure I still got a wonderful breakfast after all. The cook even offered me to prepare fresh eggs for me. It was amazing. I never had such a good service before :). I asked for nothing but they just knew what I needed.

During my business trip to Košice in May, I chose Hotel Crystal, and I was thoroughly impressed with what it had to offer. The location, just a bit outside the old town yet very close to the city center, was perfect for commuting to the office. Parking was ample, and navigating back and forth was a breeze. The modern design of the hotel caught my eye, but what made my stay truly special was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, always ready with suggestions and recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. The breakfast spread was large, varied, and high-quality, catering to all tastes. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comfort I needed without feeling cramped. The unique layout with two rooms and a common space added to the appeal, even though it was initially a bit confusing. Nearby attractions and the easy access to my workplace complemented the experience, and the overall quality of the stay felt premium. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the efforts to provide a personalized service. Hotel Crystal provided a high-quality and memorable stay, and I'll definitely return in the future. The convenient location, excellent staff interactions, clean and spacious rooms, and delightful breakfast contributed to an enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to other travelers, whether on business or leisure. A great hotel! Stayed in two suites for a family of 5 and 3 adults. The rooms were huge, with a hot tub which was a nice plus. The staff was very helpful and kind, the facilities and rooms were clean. The breakfast was superb with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits and wide selection of eggs, sausages, ham, bakeries, deserts, etc. Next to the dining room there is a small playroom for the kids which is the best thing ever if you want to eat quitely after they are done. Location is excellent - on the end of the main street of the historical center.
