The stay was awesome, even though I only wanted to sleep and take a shower. I came very late and I was still let in despite its being long after the check-in hours. The owner was very, very kind and helpful. The place looks very lovely, there is enough parking space, the views around are as beautiful as the whole country. The room was very cosy and the decor pretty, the bathroom very modern. There was a lot of space. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. I loved the stay.

Calm location, modern and clean room, large and well-cared park around the hotel. We liked that camping is also possible. Great breakfast and dinner. Hotel brochure lists a lot of nearby opportunities, nearby "natural swimming pool" is good to cool-down after a long day of hiking/cycling.

I had to leave early to catch a train at 7:00am, the breakfast didn't start until 07:30, but the staff made me a takeaway breakfast. Room was nice, overlooking the town square, nice view. Room was clean.

The breakfast buffet and dinner changed from day to day and were excellent with a variety of choices. On our last night there was not the minimal number of guests needed to offer a full buffet so breakfast was downsized but we could order off the menu and the portions were immense. The pool area was wonderful (loved the lazy river) as was the sauna area which was accessible for a separate fee. Soft music and candles in both the pool and sauna areas made for a lovely relaxing atmosphere. North Americans may benefit from being advised in advance that bathing suits are not allowed in the sauna, steam room, or whirlpool tub in the sauna area. There is a lovely walking path along a bubbling brook steps from the hotel. The room was not large but had everything we needed including a mini fridge, and as always I love the fact that hotel windows open in Europe so one can sleep with fresh mountain air.

Hotel right in centre of town, car parking at rear off side road. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee shop. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch but not evening meals. The Restaurant Elf in the square is excellent and recommended and less than 5mins walk away. large twin room, plenty of hot water and excellent heating - minus 14C outside plus 25C inside!
