Great place. Location is perfect, stuff very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable rooms, nice and cozy. View from window is stunning. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and variable. I enjoyed my vacation there. And it was huge effort saving effect to climb on mountain from there, so I was able to make more than usual. Thank you a lot, and I will definitely come back my next birthday

The wellness is just marvelous, one of my fav ever. I like that they have a separate, quite resting room with beds & blankets & candle lights, so you can easily take a spiritual inside journey after sauna & cold plunge. The steam bath has a unique citric smell that gets you cleaned up from toe to the top. The sight from the outside jacuzzi pool is just jaw dropping. They serve free refreshing drinks, water and orange flavored water as well. Rooms are nice and clean, the restaurant & the salon looks like you'd have been in a beautifully designed castle in the 18th century. Liked to stay here very much, will definitely come back again.

Was nice that we got not villa Horec, but hotel Hubert. Everything was in the same building. With child (3years) was very comfortable. Also we liked children activities, play room, animators (even if we do not speak slovakian) was very interesting and fun! , cinema with different movies every evening. Also we liked surrounding, horses, sheeps, birds and so on, like mini zoo - daughter really loved the place, so do I , and husband , too! Thank you!

Many options for trips, beautiful surroundings. We went on trips by car and by cogwheel train. Parking was quite expensive. We visited Štrbské Pleso, Popradské Pleso, Hrebienok and Starý Smokovec, I recommend all these destinations even if you have a small child, we got everywhere with a stroller. The food was delicious but quite expensive.

The accommodation is close to the center, is of a high standard, in nice weather you can use the terrace, from there there is excellent access to any part of the Tatras. The choice of dining options in the Tatras is wide, but if you want to cook, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped.

Smokovec transports you to another dimension.

Smokovec transports you to another dimension. It's a resort with a pre-war atmosphere. The architecture hasn't been spoiled by communism. Mountains, cafes, guesthouses, hotels, walking paths, hiking trails – everyone will find something for themselves. For those who dislike kitsch and crowds.

Very pleasant time spent with the family, I really recommend the hotel, beautiful environment, fun for children every minute, children are not bored at all and parents with them too, even grandparents will enjoy. Very good food, friendly staff, I highly recommend.

I liked the location.

I liked the location. A short walk to Starý Smokovec, great for hiking in the summer, the lazier ones can take the cable car to Hrebienok. Also very good train connections to Tatranská Lomnica, Poprad or Štrbské Pleso. Trains are clean, departures are regular.

Excellent accommodation in a studio apartment. The kitchen equipment included a hob, dishes, kettle and fridge. The rooms were clean, equipped with a TV, bathroom with a bath and hairdryer, clean and fragrant towels. Parking without problems, emov, each apartment also included a parking box. The staff was very nice and helpful. Quality for a reasonable price. I recommend.

This is a fabulous family run hotel and the service was exceptional. Katarina and Jozef were really helpful and went out of their way to recommend walks and how to get away from the busy parts of the mountains, and to recommend places for the next part of our holiday in Bratislava and Vienna. The room was really comfortable, breakfast was great and we loved the spa.

Great location, super friendly host, all you need for a base for hiking for a 2-4 people. This is not a hotel room but a full on apartment with separate kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, everything is there. Easy access to hiking trails without having to drive anywhere.
