This has got to be one of the best hotels we’ve had the opportunity to stay at. It is simply wonderful! The facilities and the hotel architecture are simply beautiful, it’s well adjusted to the surrounding nature. It’s quiet and very peaceful. The staff is so friendly and going above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The breakfast is superb: such a comprehensive buffet, with fresh ingredients! Their restaurants Sasa and Gaya also offer amazing and tasty food! The rooms are unreal, from the decor, to how spacious they are, to the amazing bathroom amenities. The beach is also really good as it’s so far from the crowds! We highly recommend this area and Hotel in Phuket, we sincerely hope to come back!

The location of the property is just a short walk from the beach and all amenities. The pool and garden areas are lovely. I stayed in one of the bungalows which I thoroughly enjoyed. The best part about this place is the staff, Jinny was so attentive ! She greeted me with a smile and as the days went on we became very good friends, as a solo traveler having such friendly staff was amazing. I became ill towards the end of my stay and Jinny did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible, she even bought me medication. Both Kingsacre and Jinny were brilliant and i hope to stay again soon :)

The 2 bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful, very luxurious, 2 large bedrooms, 2 on suite bathrooms (one with jacuzzi bath), little lounge connecting the 2 bedrooms, and a small kitchen. The hotel agreed to store some of our luggage for over a week while we travelled around by ferry back & forth, till our return to the hotel the night before catching flights back home. That was really appreciated.

Swimming pool was great! People watching while floating in an ocean-front pool was spectacular. The restaurant made REALLY great food, and the staff were lovely. Not a huge hotel, but a very calm, nature focused residence. Airport location is excellent, highly recommend it for your last night before departing from Phuket airport.
