Much needed spot to relax on the MHS loop, good value for money and I think the photos on here don't do it justice really. It was way nicer than I was expecting and you get what you pay for. Also there's a really nice rooftop to watch the sunset, and some good restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and kind and there were free bananas

This is small family run resort by the mountains of Mae Hong Son. The owner Chuap is a very humble, kind and soft spoken. We were 8 bikers who rode from Malaysia to Mae Hong Son. We stayed at the luxury rooms. The units were cosy and beautiful with big balconies looking into the horizon. The resort itself is situated in a quiet area in Khun Yuam some 200 meters away from the road. You will have to ride or drive off road (which is driveable with any kind car or motorcycle) to reach the place. It is a very quiet, peaceful and scenic place. I have been to Mae Hong Son many times and I will definitely say that this is the best place to stay in Khun Yuam. There is a restaurant at the resort that overlooks the horizon where food is prepared by the owners and their children. Very tasty Thai food! Tasty food, cold beer, friendly people and a beautiful view! Worth every Thai Baht. We will return to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our overnight stop at Banpataraphan. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The garden is fabulous with loads of fruit trees and flowers. The staff is very friendly. It is centrally located and just few minutes walk to the night market.

Hotel with very nice and fresh interior, friendly people. Very nice free morning coffee with toast for guests 😁 I am traveling by motorcycle. I booked one night but decided to stay one more. Found a sticker printing service in this city!
