It is a beautiful place, it has very good facilities, the view from our room was simply spectacular. The people in general are very friendly but I want to highlight Tai's good service, attitude, warmth, professionalism, this girl really knows what it means to exceed expectations and give first class service. Lovely resort in a beautiful setting. The suites exceeded expectations and were extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We dined at the restaurant each evening and the food and service were good.

Very nice resort with a view of the river. The 'tents' are more comfortable than most hotel rooms. The staff is exceptional but has very limited English skills. Various supervised activities such as climbing, canoeing, ziplining and archery are offered in the morning and late afternoon. There isn't much to do the rest of the day besides chilling at the very nice pool or doing something on your own. The food in the restaurant is also very good and fair priced. However, it closes relatively early around 8 p.m. There will be no bar or other entertainment afterwards. It is also closed through the day time.

Fantastic location for day trip by local Red bus to Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre. Friendly staff, seems like a big family run business. Free pickup from the train station - great for us because our train arrived in the dark, 1830. Dinner is available until 8pm. Cold beer at a good price. Clean. 2 complimentary bottles of water each day. A lovely local feel with many locals dropping in to their shop to buy things. Sitting in their outdoor restaurant is fun to watch Thai life go by.

The view is magnificent, and the staff is very hospitable. The lady in reception assisted me in booking the Erwan Waterfull day tour in the rush morning; she was accommodating, and the driver, Rien( not sure of the spelling), was very friendly and told us he worked in a hotel for over 15 years, introduced the roadside for the view to us. All my experience in this hotel is excellent, the restaurant staff is also very friendly, will recommend to my friends.

I had such a nice stay there. It's right in the middle of the nature, but you still have an easy access to the shops of the city nearby. The owners are nice, and the rooms comfortable. It's literally 10 minutes far from one of the most beautiful waterfalls of Erawan, and you can go there and bath for free !
