Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this place apart. The beach was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and soft, golden sand, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel’s restaurant was a culinary delight! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was both elegant and inviting. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s the perfect destination for anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional getaway. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed in a number of villas and cottages in and around Phuket, and Lantala was the best one by far. The cottage is very neat, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the terrace has a nice view on a pond. The host speaks perfect language, all her recommendations were spot on. Her mom prepared a fantastic breakfast with massaman curry and salad made of home grown fruit and vegetables. The breakfast is served to your room / terrace. Natai Beach to the south of the pier is clean, long and unspoilt with just a couple of high-end villas facing the beach. The beach is about 5 min to drive from Lantala. It’s safe to walk to the beach or ride a bicycle provided by Lantala free of charge. Roads around the beach are excellent, it took us 30 min to get to the Phuket airport from Lantala.

* It's a small family hotel, I was lucky to spend several days and feeling like in paradise :) my room was upgraded to bungalow just on front of the pool, which was wonderful. * Pool itself is very convenient: really clean and big enough for swimming (appr 13m long). * Great comfortable bed. * Great owner!! helped with every question, arranged transfer from airport, borrowed his bike which was very handy to commute to local market and explore surrounding. * Location is remote: you have 1 restaurant, travel agency and grocery, but for night market you need to commute 4km. So good for disconnecting from civilisation, which i highly appreciated. * wifi which allows videocalls and normal work if you need to, good quality comparing to other hotels in Thailand

The hotel has a perfect location for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The pools are big. It was great to watch the sunset by the sea and walk on the beach. If you want to visit a clean beach for swimming and water activities, this is not a good option. there was plastic and other rubbish every where, both on shore and in the water. The resorts locally are lovely though and still worth staying at. We stayed at Santhiya and it was wonderful. The best thing about this area is it is not overcrowded and the locals are lovely

Very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was tall and had all the facilities you need and the pool and beach area is nice. But for going there you have to cross a public road with lots of traffic. But the worst thing was the food. All our food experiences during our whole stay there was just unacceptable. When we told our complains at the first Dinner to the waitress (the tiger prawns were like gummy the rest was more ore less tasteless) she just said ‚ok‘, left and didn’t come back for a long time. The breakfast offers many different food options but mostly weak quality and poor taste. There is an egg station where they offer also poached egg. When I ordered one, it was (pre-cooked) picked out of a plastic box in the fridge and served cold; the omelette Thai style was disgusting - really not what you expected in a 5* Hotel. If you’re staying at the resort anyway, you should eat outside the hotel,for example at Natai Seafood.

The purpose to stay at Natai beach was to be closer to the...

The purpose to stay at Natai beach was to be closer to the airport after spending more time further north. Luckily it was only one night. At best it is a three star Ressort. Needs urgent renovation, breakfast is very basic, fitness room is a joke, the price level impacts ‚atmosphere‘… no way I would spend my vacation at such a place. Beach was ok, pool was sizable, staff was lovely, room had a good size … on the positive side

It’s simply beautiful. Most likely the hotel had its best time 15 /20 years ago but still well kept except a couple of details here and there. We had the duplex family room: perfect. Spotless clean. The gardens are incredibly well kept and the mangroves channel that goes until the stripe of beach is very special. Good breakfast and the pools are very nice, the hot water was so relaxing and we all slept amazingly. Food in the restaurant was also good.

The beds were the comfiest we’ve stayed in whilst in Thailand. We hired a moped from the host, who gave us endless recommendations on where to go and things to see. We rode to the Phang Gna viewpoint which was lovely! The host was so king and welcoming and the hotel was in the perfect place to get to Baba Beach Club. The room was clean and housekeeping were great.

I've been here multiple times because the design of the entire hotel is so beautiful. Absolutely amazing architecture and comfy, lovely rooms. Along with the lovely design, the staff are very helpful and sweet. Always smiling and caring.
