The place is absolutely lovely. Ning and her mother were extremely helpful with everything we needed. They brought us every morning a little detail for breakfast and organized us the scooters. You will need them to explore the surroundings. The bungalows are basic and not really high end but the heartly welcome of this Thai family run resort is amazing. We prolonged two nights because we felt at home at this place. Definitely great value for the price.

Everything. The location right on the secluded beach in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by coconut groves and with the temple high up on a nearby hill, is utterly magical. Beachfront seating areas are peaceful and atmospheric. The hosts Raymond and Id provide impeccable service. Above and beyond in every respect. They helped with so many aspects of our stay, in advance of arrival and while we were there with recommendations, advice and the most delicious, varied and personal breakfasts. We couldn’t recommend SalaCoco more highly, for families with small children like us, older families, or just adults. It is one of the most enjoyable holidays we’ve had and only wish we could have stayed for longer.

Wonderful resort for a quiet vacation with private beach access. We stayed in the private pool villa and we're amazed by everything: the villa and the pool were quite spacious, the beach and the water were clean. Also the stuff was very friendly and quite helpful with every thing. We will definitely return.

Absolutely perfect stay. Great location a little bit off the main road - free bikes to get you to and from the shops/restaurants. Free beach chairs just across the road. Rooms were clean and comfy with great Aircon and WiFi. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and offered us lifts to and from the bus station. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

It is very close to the beach. There are very good seafood restaurants available by foot. Also close by is a seven eleven with ATM and laundry machines. All staff is very kind and some staff have excellent English. The facility is well kept.

Perfect breakfast, nice small pools. The staff is so friendly and helpful it is almost unbelievable. The rooms are awesome - the family one is perfect for 2+2. The bikes while they do lack maintenance can be arranged with a kids seat.

Beautiful beach when weather right.

Beautiful beach when weather right. Lots of eateries/restaurants and resort beachside. Cabanas and seating areas on beach side, therefore plenty of seating space. Locals are friendly. Definitely no shortage of 711's. Can't wait to return, only 2 hour drive from Hua Hin. There is a temple on top of mountain easy drive up there, unfortunately did not make it this trip but definitely make it the first stop next time. Also a fishing port. Peaceful place to chill unlike the bigger towns.

Ban Krut is a seaside resort which I’m sure is usually very quiet. We visited for new year so it was full of local Thai families setting up to enjoy new year on the beach - lots of food stalls and great atmosphere - fireworks sat at a table on the beach with beers from local vendor was just perfect! We also visited the temple on the hill which was beautiful with gorgeous views We will definitely return - well worth 2.5hr trip from Hua Hi n

My Thai wife (she's also a Norwegian citizen) and I (I'm a American 🇺🇸) loved this little resort so much we booked 4 or 5 bungalows for March 28th to March 31 for her relatives from Bkk to join us for 3 days After spending a romantic 💘 6 nights there we feel comfortable paying for a bunch of bungalows for her relatives to enjoy in 9 days

It was a spacious,super clean place with everything you need...

It was a spacious,super clean place with everything you need supplied and catered for. Just a short walk to the beach which was empty and stretching for miles with beautiful soft sand. We were given precise instructions of how to find it and how to gain access. There is a small but well kept garden to sit out in with a coffee or tea. Simply fabulous place and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Pleasant enough area tho a little run down. Beaches typical of this coast, coarse sand, cloudy sea and concessions along oarts of the seafront. Food stalls, small suermarkets and restaurants provided all that is needed.

Where to start with this wonderful gem by the beach.. beautiful villa with inside and outside living space, wonderful people running it and a phenomenal breakfast every morning! We loved the beautiful stretch of beach too and Ban Krut town was a quick, easy and scenic tuktuk ride away. Id and Raymond and their lovely staff really looked after us so beautifully!
