The family who keeps up the homestay is really welcoming, the food, drink, everything comes from the nearby farms and you can really taste and see it from the food. The cabin was beautiful and all the sides had mosquito-net doors and normal wooden doors. We kept the wooden doors open to watch the jungle night sky from the bed. I highly recommend, in Chiang Mai town every taxi and service tried to scam us but when we got to Mon Saeng Jun Homestay everything was so good. Even though we were there for 3 nights I feel like a new person. Remember to chill and enjoy. Clean, well kept, very welcoming and really had heart! Nothing negative to say! :-)

I had initially booked at this property for a night. It's a really big property and the room was overlooking a football field. Being a football I loved it and also there was a match going on while I was there so I had the opportunity to watch a bit of the match as well.Guess what I loved it. I ended up staying for two nights. It's very peaceful out there and I ate all my meals at the cafe inside which was again great food. The manager Jan along with all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there on my way back.

A little gem right in the middle of the rice fields. Spacious rooms all comes with a balcony or a terrace. Very good service and excellent food in the restaurant. The staff are very helpful and service minded. Enjoy the sunset from the rooftop and take a bike for free and drive around in the rural landscape. Only 45 minutes drive from Chiang Mai and then you are in the middle of beautiful rural setting. Highly recommended.
