Hotel is brand new with modern design. All is clean and fresh. Excellent service from first day. Kind and helpful bellboy with reception. Nice service in restaurant. Effective houskeeping. Friendly pool bar with special thanks to Alice for kindness and taking care for customer. Valuable facilities like rooftoop pool, gym, bar, restaurant and wi-fi. I would definitely come back again here.

The hotel is just perfect. There is not a single thing that I can complain about. The staff were really helpful and kind. Room was super clean, it was cleaned everyday and all the shower gel and soaps were refilled. Room was big and well equipped. The hotel had an entrance into a shopping mall, which was very convenient, specially for eating meals because the shopping mall has lots of nice restaurants. The pool was perfect, water was clean and there were a small water park that we really enjoyed playing at. Breakfast was also perfect. We also used the spa, and although it was nice, I think you can probably find better massages in Thailand with a better price.

The customer service was excellent. on arrival we were been greeted by the front staff and there on our smooth transition happened. I would like to give special mention to the door men. Great breakfast! Big swimming pool, amazing design and room, loved the theme. I had a jacuzzi in my room! Great service as well to deliver breakfast to the room. Loved the bathrobes and golf cart service. And the onsen, sauna were absolutely amazing facilities!
