Great value for money! I liked the place quiet and beautiful. Best service! Thank you Mind for your attention and care. I liked the breakfast. The rainfall shower was refreshing and a huge surprise. I hope to visit Chiang Mai again and to stay longer.

High quality furnitures and finishing. The mood is peaceful and comfortable. Very well maintained as you can see the staff tidying the area daily. Service is impeccable. Assistance with small request to taking note of things that might be beyond our expectations, such as pushing for our beverage to be prepared in a jiffy (for take away) when our airport transport is arriving.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Having originally booked 3 nights, I decided to stay for another 6 days. The facilities here were perfect and include a private mini pool in you villa, communal pool, restaurant with so many options for drink and food, wooden saloon style bar with a pool table, free bike rentals and the Indoor restaurant is light and airy. The perfect spot Co-working spot in the day. Our villa and pool was cleaned daily and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. If you’re looking for a place stay that’s quite vibe not to far out of the city, this is definitely the spot. I travel for business regularly around Southeast Asia and this spot is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough 10/10.

Friendly staff at reception desk. Close to the airport, a 7/11 and Central Airport Plaza mall (max 5 min. on foot) and not far from town by tuktuk. Apartment was cozy and very comfortable, excellent if you want more space. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, stove and fridge, 1 wok and basic cooking ustensiles. For non-asian guests knives, coffee spoons and glasses would be appreciated. I would gladly stay again at the Pleasant Condominium. Thank you to everyone.

The best part of the stay was the excellent service . It’s a well-run hotel and they also own a mini market and self-service laundry. There is a nice cosy cafe right in front of the hotel. It’s kids friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Reasonably priced as well .

I had my own friend living close, so we go eat around...

I had my own friend living close, so we go eat around different places. In this place You need car to move around. You can go eat in local restaurant, 100 meters walk, you can see ricefields and people working around, fishermans fishing from local fish farm. Peaceful.
