Peter is absolutely amazing guy and all the staff. It Is place with soul. Good location to go to Phuket Old town, Big Budha but also very nice beaches. Take this accomodation you will not regret.

Amazing hotel with big, clean apartments. We looked forward to buffet breakfast everyday as it was always different and so good! So easy having your own washing machine too and rooms were cleaned daily. 7/11 just down the road with a fruit stand next to it that we bought from daily. Lovely French bakery across too, can walk further and there's a whole street of restaurants at the pier. At first you think you're abit far away from everything but only 10minutes to Kata night markets and actually, it was nice to come back to a quiet area and get away from the craziness. Amazing pool area with a beautiful view that we never got sick of. But the best part of this stay would have to be the staff. They are so attentive, kind and lovely respectful people. Nothing is too much & they are always going out of their way for guests. Thank you so much for having us, 10/10

I liked the location for my needs-- I did a bunch of scuba...

I liked the location for my needs-- I did a bunch of scuba diving which left from Chalong Pier so I wanted to be close to there, but still close to Rawai and its many restaurants and shops. Location of this hotel suited my needs perfectly. Walkable to a big 7-eleven, several restaurants and cafes, a co-working space at Selina, massage parlors and moped rental places all with good prices. I liked the pool and the sea view, I spent many pleasant hours relaxing on the balcony. Staff was amazing, kind and helpful, owner was on site and provided tons of tips and recs. Laundry on site you can do yourself or have staff do it for good prices. Coffee and necessary items in the room and replaced daily. Covered moto parking. Lovely pool. Very accommodating. You will want a scooter/moped or you'll be calling a car/moto a bunch, but affordable rentals just a couple doors down (not associated w/the hotel) will get you what you need. I did a good bit of shopping around Rawai and also drove to Kata and Karon beaches, Old Town Phuket, and more. Best beaches IMO are on the south of the island, Yanui and Nai Han. Lots of social events at the Selina just a couple hundred meters down the street from the hotel toward the closest beach, great for meeting people!

Ban Saiyuan is known for its local charm, markets, and cultural attractions like Big Buddha and Rawai Seafood Market (recommended to eat there) also various beaches like Rawai and Nai Harn beaches. Ban Saiyuan has a variety of dining options, from local street food stalls to seafood restaurants. The Rawai Seafood Market is a great place to try fresh seafood, where you can choose your seafood and have it cooked to your liking. There are also many local eateries serving authentic Thai cuisine. Renting a motorbike is the most convenient and flexible way to explore the area.

** PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS ** POOL DIRTY the company was agrumentative the villa is old fashioned. Liked · Nothing Disliked · We stayed at the location as it had a pool, but did not use it as it was disgustingly dirty,full of worms, and just generally dirty...... Our 11 year old wouldn't swim in it, messaged the people looking after the villa on day 2 of our stay and they responded the day before we was leaving so never used the pool.....lucky we had our car here if we didn't we would have been restricted to the property as of it's location and they ***Advertise this property being near Naiharn Beech *** this is a lie, Naiharn beech is roughly 20-30 minutes drive (by car) plus they charge extra above the government 5 Baht charge per unit for electric (they charge 7 Baht per unit of electric ..... So they can make extra off the electric...... disgusting attitude by the people who look after the property ...... We have put the details on the internet as (Scam Alert) and will inform all our friends, work colleagues and family that live in Phuket and international never to book this property ......
