A tonne of great activities, especially around the bay area which opens up so many options for island hopping, beach activities and boat rides. Chalong is close to pier, good to get enroll with sea excursions as many agencies are there, but beach is very small, not suitable for activities, but if you prefer less crowded, it's fine. This is a quieter area inland from coast, with a focus on health and fitness. Soi Ta-iad is a street with multiple muay thai gyms, fitness bootcamps, yoga studios and sports massage centres. Accomodation is more reasonably priced that the coast, and there are plenty of great local food options with a healthy focus. Had to ask for towels , no toilet paper , bed was hard as, and never changed any bed linen. No soaps or bath mats. I could keep complaining but I give up. Would not recommend staying at this run down such and such 😠😠😠Guest review bySmith
