Stunning hillside property with immaculate views of the ocean. Sam and the team were so welcoming and friendly they really couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms are kept in pristine condition and have the most spectacular views you have ever seen. Be sure to get up early for the most breathtaking sunrise. booked for 1 night then fell in love with the property so extended our stay to 4 nights. Hotel pool is also amazing !!

The hotel seemed newly built. It even has an app to manage all the room service requests, like in-room food ordering, additional toiletries you need, you can schedule the time when you want your room to be cleaned, etc. Swimming pool is very nice, clean, easily accessible. Same with fitness rooms, although small, but they fulfill the purpose one needs for holiday. Staff was very polite and kindly upgraded us to another room, when, due to heavy rain, our room was impacted by water leakage from the ceiling. Every room has air conditioning available.

Staff is incredibly nice and smiling! Thank you for everything!! Hotel is very clean and well organized. Rooms are spacious. I could see that little issue from the previous reviews were fixed (like hangers in the rooms). Pool is super nice and what is important open 24/7 so you can use it even in the late evening or night :) please keep it like this! Rawai restaurants are in walking distance, you can also use a free bicycle if you don’t like to walk. Beautiful Ya Nui Beach is just 2 minut by foot. Location is amazing, in my opinion the best on the whole island. We enjoyed our stay very very much! Breakfast was very nice. Next time in Phuket we will definitely stay here. See you!! Happy New Year!!

Jay made our stay smooth and enjoyable! **THE ROOM:** I've stayed in many luxurious villas, but this was something else. We opted for a seaview room, and it was a game-changer. High privacy, soaring ceilings, and a private pool – it's a must-try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! **SMART TOUCHES:** These folks are attentive! They noticed it was for a birthday celebration just by checking our passports during check-in. Talk about being observant! **LOCATION:** The hotel is conveniently close to the old market, just a 20-minute Grab ride away. Super convenient for a bit of local shopping and exploring. **BEACH ACCESS:** Fancy a quick trip to the beach? The hotel arranges a buggie to take you directly there. Super nice service, and it's all about the little luxuries! **FOOD:** Let's talk about the food because it deserves a shoutout. It's common for hotels with great facilities to skimp on the food, but not here. Every meal was delicious – a foodie's paradise! **THE BED:** As someone super picky about beds, I can honestly say I had some of the best nights' sleep here. I loved! 🥰 The place is very beautiful. The plants, the birds, the view, everything is clean and aesthetically beautiful. You have to climb stairs, but that helps to exercise and after two days you can see the results, they also help you with your bags, so it's not a problem. It has stairs and a ramp, I have knee problems and I had no problems because I went up and down the ramp. It is located in a quiet area at night, so you arrive exhausted from the day and sleep like a baby, you can order food and they bring it to your room. I liked the food that I can order there more than that of other restaurants, the beach is very close, the yoga center is also next door and there are many shops and places to exchange money or ATMs nearby. Nearby there is a pharmacy store, candy store, replica stores, there are bars, restaurants, a massage place and a laundry. The customer service is the best, we loved it, they care that you feel good, we hired the taxi service with them and they always made us feel very good. Before our arrival, they were already aware of us and we communicated by messages. Nearby there are many resorts but none next to the beach and I prefer personalized attention than a resort where they cannot give you a quality service like here, the service was excellent, I take to my heart the kindness with which they treated us. I thought that my days in Phuket would be boring so I decided for the best area, kata, but I never thought that I would love this place so much and there are two very cute cats there to say hello. There is also an iguana that greeted us from the palm tree. The place is very central but calm.
